Adding job offer and Spouse to the existing PR application after getting AOR cec 161 draw

I have submitted my PR application with the ITA letter for the 516 score but dropped the offer and submitted the application as the score 466 without offer is enoug. Now I got married and want to add my spouse to the application which will bring down the scores to 448 less than my draw. Can I be able to add the offer to my application now as my employer is still giving me the offer which can keep my score intact. Please any help
