Hi, I applied for PR in CEC category some 3 months back and recently received the AOR. I live in Canada (Ontario) on WP. I am getting married in Nov 2013 and would like to add my wife to this application once I bring her here on dependent visa. I have read about people sending email to CIC and getting reply with this list of documents required.

· processing fee for your spouse (if accompanying you to Canada)
· notarized birth certificate of your spouse
· copy of your spouse's valid passport
· 3 recent photographs of your spouse according to the specifications
· a notarized "no" criminal activity certificate for your spouse
· a completed application kit with all the requirements
· updated IMM0008 Generic and updated IMM5406 "Additional Family Information" form for yourself.

Questions:
1. What does "complete application kit" refer to above?
2. Do I need to send a similar mail to CIC to get my case specific documents or is there a generic set of document for this?
3. Should these documents be sent via post or an email would suffice?

Thanks,
Prateek

Email them at OttPilot-Immigration at cic.gc.ca

Code:
From CIC website
"You can e-mail CIC at (OttPilot-Immigration at cic.gc.ca) if any of your personal information changes such as a:

    change in your marital status,
birth or death in your family, or
change in your mailing, residential or e-mail address if you reside outside of Canada"

Complete application kit simply means completed application package with all documents and stuff.
