Adding common law partner

Hi.

I applied for PR through BC PNP skills immigration - paper based.

My application is currently 46% completed. When I submitted myself and my boyfriend weren't eligible for common law. We are now eligible and he is currently on a 2 year work permit.

Is it possible that I can add him onto mine at this point as a common law partner?
