Adding a child after getting ppr

Hi guys,
We received ppr and also blessed with a baby boy. Now we are in process of adding baby to existing or application. We haven't submitted passport for stamping yet.

My wife is main applicant and me dependant.

We have been asked to fill imm008 and 5406.
1. How to fill 008? It is confusing me.
2. Do we have to provide 2 copies of each?
3. They have not specifically said to provide 2 copies

How is IMM0008 confusing? You had to fill it out when you first applied. You simply fill it out the same but with the child also included as a dependent.

You and your spouse each need to fill out IMM5406.
