I got my invitation under CEC on 15th July. I submitted all the documents within 10 days and paid fees for my application. I recently got married on 10th Nov. 2021. i have applied to get my marriage certificate. but as proof of marriage, i have copy of record of solemnization of marriage. i have recently informed ircc about change of my marital status via webform. My wife is currently in canada on an open work permit? Ircc has asked me to send a package containing the following documents.
Which program should i apply in?
following are options that i have: Family - Spouse or other - permit holder class or Economic - Canadian experience class?
I know i have been invited under CEC but this generic form that i am going to submit is for adding my wife's name in my file?
Do i need to submit schedule A as well? it requires the same detail as generic form.

How do i pay fees for her appliction? i have not any link to pay fees for that.
Does anyone have an idea about this type of application?

- (If applicable) A new Schedule A - Background/Declaration Form (IMM 5669),
- (If applicable) A new Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP)
