add new baby in cic pr application

Dear form member
I want to add my daughter to my PR application and now I collect the document I have some question
Like what doc required for new baby to add PR application
How much time CIC give to me to upload the documents after I inform my new baby
At what stage I I can inform CIC like p
When I receive ppr request I inform CIC or before that. Any answer will very helpful to me

It's best to inform them ASAP, this minimizes the total processing time of your application. You can do that via a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) at: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx. (All CIC online services are temporarily down at the moment). They would advise you of the documents that you need to provide.
