A friend of mine is about to receive a nomi from Manitoba but he didn't include his EE profile.
Can he ask the province to send a nomi to his EE profile?
He's just worried about processing times for non-EE applicants.

Which Manitoba PNP stream has your friend applied under?

Your question is a bit confusing. Generally speaking, each province has EE and non-EE streams. If your friend applied under a non-EE stream, then it's going to be processed that way. You can't take a non-EE nomination and turn it into an EE nomination.
