Add dependent while processing PR application

Hi All,

I have applied my PR(CEC) in december 2013 .i got married before 4 years and have child also.I didnt apply my spouse and kid with my PR application due to some reasons.I got a file number on 20th Jan 2014.Now i would like to add my kid and spouse with my processing application.So i would like to know which is the right time to add

1.After receiving my medical request

2.Or now

which one takes less time to process my application with dependents

Please help me to get the info
 
On your application, did you declare you're married with dependent or did you say you're single with no dependants?

I declared that i got married and I submitted all the documents of them, including photos.

But in the main application form i stated as "No" for the question "Are they accompanying with you?".
 
You should let cic now ASAP
You can write them an email asking what you need to do.

Whenever you do it you will be adding some form of delay to your application
