Adaptability Question

I am August 2007 applicant under old Scheme from CHC London. (NOT FAST TRACK - POST FEB 2008).

1) My Brother landed and became PR on 10th June 2011, i Have submitted my full application/ documents March 2010 do you think I can claim any adaptability points for me ?
I would appreciate your reply on above query please ?

Yes, you can claim points, send required documents to your local CHC with covering letter for update.
