Hi PMM, LEON, BCGUY, and others, as suggested by rupeshhari, I open this new thread to ask you guys a question about the ADAPTABILITY POINTS for the federal skill worker immigration application. The question is, I am currently working in a part time job, skill type B, 20 hrs/week, and I have been working there for 2 years. If I use this experience to apply for PR, I will get 15 points for the Experience factor since I got the 1 year full time experience, but will I also receive 5 points for the adaptability since one of the adaptability factor is "work 1 year full time in Canada"? In the Adaptability, it says "1 year full time", it does not say "1 year full time or part time equivalent", "continuous", nor specify the job has to be in skill type 0, A, or B, so I am not sure if I can get those 5 points. You can also refer to my previous thread and take a look at the conversation between rupeshhari and me. Thank you.
