I'm an April 2017 Applicant (cec inland) probably in ss. I logged into my cic today and it said Action Required. But when I open the application there are no messages or document requests. I also haven't received any emails from CIC (checked spam folder). Any ideas what I should do? It seems impossible to get through to agents over the phone.
 
It happens. Sometimes it takes time for you to get the actual request and sometimes it is simply a "ghost" message that you should ignore.

This can sometimes indicate an internal medical extension request (usually triggered 3 months before medical expiry). You may have noticed a change in your "Review of medical results" status on mycic. The request took 2 calendar days to clear in my case, they extended the results for another year and the status returned to "You passed the medical exam"
