I have applied acoustic engineer job which is based on the Canada region.
Meanwhile, if employer doesn't provide the work permit that case personally will try to get the same.

Your question is a bit difficult to understand. Your employer does not provide the work permit - you are the one who has to apply for a work permit. However in order to apply for a work permit, you need a job offer from an employer in Canada and an approved LMIA from that employer as well. If you don't have a job offer and approved LMIA, then you can't apply for a work permit.
