Pls, how do I go about Canada permanent resident application. Is it the same thing with express entry?

Express Entry is the umbrella programme encompassing the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) programme, Canadian Experience Class (CEC) programme, and Federal Skilled Trades (FST) programme, which are 3 of many immigration programmes under which persons can try to pursue permanent residency.
