Hello,

I am a civil engineer who is graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University (Turkey). I have confusion about few issues.
My university seems like not accredited and before I can work in Canada, I need to enroll civil engineering program in Canada and hopefully they will count some of my courses. So I can finish the program in 2 years (still investigating).
After getting my degree from Canada, I can register to EIT and I will have 3 years post graduate visa if I am correct.
And if can land a job as a civil engineer in Canada, after a year or 2 I can apply for permanent residency. Now my questions are will they accept my old work experience(I can proof 4 years of it) as civil engineering experience? Because before I studied there, I was not a civil engineer according to Canada. Also my wife has masters degree and they also ask for her education, so should this master degree also be accreditated by Canada or not?

Other than this questions, are there any mistakes in my plan? What are the other options? If I can find a job after finish my Canadian education, is there any easy options for permanent residency? Is it hard to find a job without professional engineer certificate? (Because I need complete 4 years of experience as EIT as I know)

Thank you.
