Dear friends, my wife is working as an accounts supervisor in construction company for four years, i dont think she will be eligible for NOC 1111 or NOC 0111, is she still eligible for pr

she is 29 yr old
B.com graduate
spouse also B.com graduate (ME)
able to show settlement funds
got 6.5 in IELTS general

if she doesn't have a NOC on the job list, have a job offer or have lived in Canada for a year, then she doesnot qualify for FSW.

Why do you say she doesn't qualify for 1111 or 0111? Is she not performing the duties listed under those NOCs?
 
I'm quite sure that an accounts supervisor qualifies based on the duties she performs..

If you could give me some details then i may be able to help you out since i applied under Noc 0111

my wife is accountant in a small level company, NOC is 1111. my question is that she did MA Economics. i think job experience does not match against qualification, will it problem in immigration? i want to apply soon. thanks

noc duties have nothing to do with education.
if in her job she's doing most of the duties listed in the Noc list 1111 or 0111 then she qualifies.

BUddy I have told u Before that she can apply,Education doesn;t matter,Verfication isa Very Important u know what i Mean

Indianb4u,

You are eligible under NOC 1111 Financial Auditors and Accountants but I think you should achieve 7 in IELTS General.

I have applied as a bookkeeper which is now not in the list on 12th july 2008 through a consultant from Delhi ( India) . When i have applied at that time i was also performing 80% of job duties of Accountant which fall under the list of 38 but at that time my consulatant advice me to apply as a bookeeper as i was only B.com Pass from delhi university . He told me that you dont have any professional qualification like Chartered Accountant/ Certified General Accountant/ Certified management accontant etc so your case may be rejected as an accountant. At that time 38 list of occupation not came but the announcement was made on 28th feb 08 that new list of occupation will come soon & the same has happened on 27th nov 08 new list of 38 came & my occupation of bookeeper was not in the list & so i got my rejection letter 5 days back.
Now I approached to some of the best consultant of Delhi one of which is ***** . I told them my all story that what happened with me morever i told that I am also performing the job duties of an accountant from last 5 year . Also i told that I am only B.com Pass & dont have any qualification (Chartered Accountant/ Certified General Accountant/ Certified management accontant )etc.
Then they suggest me that we can upgrade your case by reapplying as an accountant from sept 08 to till date & hence you can show the one year experince as an accountant & it will work.


Below mentioned is my detail of job profile which i have shown for about 10 year as a bookkeeper which has rejected

JOB PROFILE


 Calculation & preparation of cheques for salary, Vendor payment, &

other Bills .

 Reconciliation of banks, suppliers & customer account etc.

 Filing tax return to various tax authorities.

 Making all type of vouchers, Passing all type of entries ,preparing of Trial balance , maintaining of General ledger, Financial statement (manual , computerized).

 Submission of tax remittance forms, Employee Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance ,Employee Pension Fund& other Government Documents

 Making of balance sheet and profit & loss account, cash flow
Statement with an object to present to the management.

 Reporting to management for various financial / accounting & statistical

analysis



OTHER KNOWLEDGE

Tax deduction at source Return & Certificate

Working Knowledge in ESI & EPF

Now please suggest me that if i show one year of experience as an accountant then will it work my qualification of b.com pass will work for accountant where as i am performing all job duties of accountant
 
I dont know much about 0111 and 1111 but according to the rules of CIC, if you perform the job duties as specified by the NOC then you qualify and education credentials do not matter. (See op6). So according to me (which is a naive advice) I think you should apply if you think you do substantial number of the duties of 1111 or 0111.
