Hi guys, i've asked this question in a different thread, but have not gotten an answer! Your input would be appreciated.

Im in a common law relationship with a Canadian Citizen. I have received my ITA yesterday, i'm filling out the application form and one of the questions is will your common law partner accompany you to Canada? Should I answer Yes or NO, since both of us in Canada already?

Your answer would be YES.

Common law relationship means living relationship.
To prove you are in common law relationship you have to live together for at least 12 months prior to your application.
