Accomodation in NW or SW calgary

My family (2+2) will be landing next month in calgary and I need to get apartment be4 we arrives.
I have checked all the rental site and made some calls but most of the property managers are asking for letter of employment and other things.
Please guy,how can an over come this challenge.

If you don't have what property managers asked for, then try individual owners. Once they are satisfied, you are fine.
