Hi all,

4rent is a bi-weekly magazine that lists accomodation (mostly apartments/condos) currently available in a few major cities:

https://4rent.ca/

Toronto GTA version:
https://mediaclassified.ca/magazine/apartment-for-rent-toronto-4rent/index.html

The magazine is available for free in Canada, but i thought of posting the links for those who haven't yet set foot on Canadian soil hoping they find it useful - at least when planning the costs/budget for the move and shortlisting target neighborhoods.

You could always talk to a Realtor too; they are professionals that do this day-in and day-out. (No bias! :))
Since you brought that up - i have a question for you, do realtors charge the "tenant" for the services to find rental accommodation? Or do you charge the landlord only?

On most official Realtor.ca listings, the landlord is responsible for paying Realtor fees.
