Accidentally checked on the box for medical examination in the checklist

Me and my partner sent a parcel already for common law sponsorship.

I remembered just now that I accidentally checked a box for medical exam section in the checklist.
I didn’t write any info and include docs since I didn’t take medical exam.

Would it be problematic enough to be sent back as incomplete?

I will probably contact to cic on Monday but, does anyone hear or know about similar case??

if you checked the box beside.....6. MEDICAL EXAMINATION....and certainly did not fill the details under section 6......you are not required to complete medical when submitting the application.......IRCC may understand and ignore......relax.
