I know how to access the general information like if your application was processed or not. However I would like to please know how I can view my full file of outland Spousal Sponsorship?

By applying for ATIP notes : https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
You can either ask for physical file (copies of all docs you have submitted) or electronic notes (status of your file and all steps its going through)

But remember that asking for physical copies of the submitted documents will delay your file (as it gets pulled out of cue for the copying).
So just request the electronic notes

That is incorrect. All documents are being scanned into the system when the file is received by CIC, or any new docs submitted in addition to it. They just send you the already scanned file.

Is there a way I can request this information if I am not a Canadian Citizen or permanent Residence?
