Hi All,

My CEC application is refused due ot the absence of the employee reference letter in application.

Your application was assessed based on the occupation(s) which you identified as part of your skilled work experience in Canada:

I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because you did not provide an employer reference letter that indicates where you are currently working in Canada. Moreover, your contract with your employer indicates that you could have been be deployed to any location or site abroad at any point in time.

I would like to apply to get the information on my application to ensure what else i need to submit along with the employee reference letter next time.

To know this, what should i request in the below document in section B.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Thanks...

Can some senior help me in this regard..

I am so upset as any one else do when their CEC is refused..

You need to order GCMS & CAIPS both to see the notes and yes the officer would have noted in the reasons it was rejected. but i suggest wati for someone else to reply as some people have actually ordered this stuff and it had helped people in past.

Thanks umairaz..

I am in a confusion on what to orer. FOSS or CAIPS GCMS.

What all i want to know is there any other minor corrections to be made to my application while appying second time along with the employee refrence letter.

In which can i get step by step where exactly my appllication is refused.

Some one plss help on this..

You can apply for both (FOSS as well as CAIPS/GCMS). But I have heard FOSS takes more time.

If I were to pick one I would pick CAIPS/GCMS.

Thanks.

CAIPS/GCMS ONLY. FOSS is for inland (family class) applicants. This is stated in the directions...

Not so, if you order them together, it usually all arrives at once.

Baloo, can you please tell me if ordering CAIPS notes delays the application further? I read it on trackitt... And I have just applied for my CAIPS NOTES last week.

Download the form from cic.gc.ca link below
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5563.asp

Person who can order CAIPS Notes:
1. You can order if you are in Canada for free under privacy act
2. Any known person of yours who resides in Canada and is a citizen/PR under Access to information act for CAD $5
3. Various 3rd party do this for some fee starting $25 onwards

• If you are in Canada then you have to include consent of your wife
• If someone else is ordering then both PA and suppose need to sign consent
• If you use any agency then they have their own formats

I ordered my GCMS myself following is the format of consent letter which I prepared and used for wife

I, the undersigned <Your NAME>, born <D.O.B>, do hereby consent to the
disclosure and/or use of my personal information, located in my file # <Your File Number> in <Visa Office Name> solely for the purpose of: obtaining a copy of my CAIPS file.

Hereby, I authorize Citizenship and Immigration Canada to disclose my personal information to <Person Ordering CAIPS Notes > living presently in Canada at the following address

< Address of person in Canada who is ordering for you >

I understand that this consent and my signature allow ONLY the disclosure of MY personal information and that of my underage dependants at the date of this consent.

No - ordering CAIPS/GCMS does not delay processing - it's just a print out of your computer record, it's done in Ottawa. If you order a copy of your entire file, that's a different matter, because the VO actually has to do it.

I submitted my application to buffalo but i got my refusal email from ottowa.

What should i write as embassy in personal information request.

Also, i do not have file number instead i have a application number in the email i received from ottowa.

Can some one let me know what should be fuilled in SECTION B for Embassy and visa file number fields.

Thanks,...

Visa office is Buffalo, New York. Are you sure you don't have a file #? It begins with letter B and 9 digits - check again. My understanding is that, the only time a file # is not created is when the application is incomplete in which case they return to applicant.

If you only have an application number afterall, I would enter it and make sure you indicate it is an application #. Also include your client ID or UCI.

I did check again but i only received Application number starting with E followed by 9 digits. In ECAS my status is showing as decision made.

I am confused now whether my application will be sent back or i need to gather all the documentation again.

In either case, i need to reapply.

Thanks...

The E-file number is good, use that.

Your application will not be returned, you need to gather all the documentation again.
