Hi friends,
I am acceped as refugee in Greece in 2017 but the conditions is not even normal for refugee.
I have all my documents to proof that they do not give me usual facilities and life is so hard there.
How can I open a new case in Canada UN?

So sorry for your situation. If you are registered through UNHCR, you can’t choose Canada. You can’t apply to Canada directly for resettlement. UNHCR decides where you will be resettled. The options are:

- get a visitor visa to come to Canada and claim asylum (this will be difficult as you are a refugee in Greece)
- find a group of 5 in Canada that can privately sponsor you

If you’ve already been accepted as a refugee, you won’t be able to claim asylum in Canada. There is however nothing preventing you from immigrating through one of the immigration streams.

As others have said once you’ve been accepted as a refugee you can’t decide you want to get accepted by another “better” country. You can try to apply to one of the economic immigration programs. You can also try to relocate within the EU if you are able to find employment elsewhere.
