I need some help, I found a 42 weeks certificate in The Academic of Learning (Saskatoon Location).
that belongs to the Designated learning institutions list

Academic of Learning told you that you are going to cover 20 hours per week to cover all the courses of this 42-week certificate

My question, Can you consider this as a Full Time Study , in order to apply letter for a Post graduate permit

Anybody in Saskatchewan studied there and manage to get his post-graduated work permit from cic

You'd get a certificate, not degree.

According to cic, it should be more than 900 hrs in terms of class hrs but it sounds like they offer only 840 hrs.

don't think you are eligible to apply for PGWP.
