Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development
Masters in Human Resources Management
Diploma in Labour Practice

So, from where I shall go for credit evaluation from following options

WES

IQAS


OR is there any other institution which is validating the credits and is accredited for Immigration purpose ?

It doesn't matter from a credential evaluation point of view. The fees or turnaround times might be different and you could choose based on one of those factors.
