Academic Suspension - PLEASE HELP

i have been required to withdraw from my faculty for 12 month
meanwhile my study permit and entry visa is going to expire

however i am allow to finish the course i am taking this semester and it is very likely i will be back on good standing at the end of this semester. but at that time my study permit will be expired for about 2 weeks. will i be able to restore my study permit?

also if i decide to leave Canada for 12 month and apply for a readmission when i am away from Canada. will i get rejected when applying new study permit and entry visa?
