Hi everyone, i have signed a agreement with a company im bc. Work hourly and get 25.5$ per hour and average working hour is 80 every 2 weeks but this company force me to do 85 hours and only pay me 18$ per hour work.on my pay slip still 25.5$ but my gross worked hour is reduced.i work more than 90 hrs every 2 weeks but it was lesser than 80 hrs on the payslip.they caculated very carefully then i can't get any evidence because the time attendance system is not in use anymore .and they don't count my overtime hour on this payslip. My timekeeping only written on a notebook of the company.i'm so confuse now.

Few things.

Are you on open work permit, closed work permit or PR?
 
There is an abuse line when you call IRCC, give them a call and speak to someone. That line option has little to no wait time.

Sounds like an abuse. You should approach the necessary gov agency/department and file a complaint. They will ask for lot of proofs, so you need to have those ready. If you are still in the job, try top create record the abuse and add it to your complain.
