Hi
I have 2 oversea working exprience
1. NOC 4162 which is my primary occupation under EE
2. another fulltime job between 2009-2011, cannot fit in this NOC so it doesn't help with my scores.

However, my quesiton is , should I put the work experience 2 to my "work history"?
if I put this to my "work history", CIC may ask for proof of this experience, which is really hard for me right now since I left so many years ago.

I already put this experience to my "activity history" form, but not sure about this one.
Has anyone faced the similar situation?
thx

Was this job mentioned previously in your EE profile in the work experience section? If so, you may have received points for it and excluding it could put you at risk of your application being declined (if you no longer meet the eligibility criteria or the CRS threshold without it).

If it wasn't mentioned in your EE profile, you can safely include this job in the personal history section.
No, my score wasn't based on this one. It was my first job back in China and it had nothing to do with my current NOC.
I will just mention it in the personal history section
Cheers!

It doesn't matter whether or not it was a different NOC. Did you include it in your EE profile in the work history section or not?
If you mean the before ITA stage, then no. I've only mentioned works with my current NOC.

Okay, then it is all good. It is a misconception that only work experience in your current NOC counts. If you had included the previous experience with a different NOC, you could have still received points for it. But you didn't, so there is no problem.

:D
saved me a lot of trouble!
thanks for your info
