I have completed my (10th with 95%)
And I have completed (12th with about 50%)
IELTS 7.0 (no band less than 6)
I got offer from flight school
Program : Pilot training
As my 12 result is so low. Will it be a problem to VO? Is the chances of Visa refusal is high for me?

Maybe. Why can't you do pilot training in your home country? You should be able to explain that.

Sir, In my country training facilities, are not good and we have fewer academy and aircraft as well which makes training so long to finish.

High chance of refusal with that 50% score. Making SOP very convincing on "why such low score" might help but I got not much idea. Maybe others can help. After all why did the marks drop from 95% to 50% within two years?

Some personal issues happened in my life which lead me to these results. However, A pilot program is a Skill-based program. And Every flight academy accepted me too.

If you can explain the issues in SOP and if it is valid and convincing for the VO then your have better chance.

You haven't convinced WHY you need to travel all the way to Canada for your school. Can't you do it in your country or neighbouring countries?

Sir, I already told you, the training facilities in my country are poor. It's better no to do it in my country. The aviation sector is booming in North America.
