Hello there. Is it fine not to submit "use of representative" section (8) in the checklist coz I don't have one, then leave the checklist without check? Just worried they might return my application? Thanks

Yes, I myself did not use a representative because I had a very bad experience from a "crook immigration representative". It is easier just to do it yourself, that way all the correspondence will be directed to you.

Do I need to send the form and put N/A (not applicable) for every section. Or simple don't send or attach the use of representative form? Thanks

don't detach any part of the form, because it will make the application incomplete.. you can put NA in the first part of the 'use of representative' then leave the other parts blank..that's what i did and it was accepted, my application was not sent back to me or asked me to change it..
