Can i send transcript addressed to other institution to the VO till i get the one addressed to them. my school is on strike for now and i dont know when the strike will be called off. its sealed and addressed to another institution

Hi TJ,
I think you will make it simpler and easy for yourself and the VO with a letter explaining the current situation.You may need to substantiate your claim of your school's closure due to indefinite strike with verifiable evidence e.g.publication from the school or newspapers.

Your letter should also state willingness to get a copy addressed to the VO as soon as the situation changes.
