About to submit an application. Signing a form online - question

Hello,

I made a GCKey login for a family member (under her name), created security questions for her and setup everything. She signed the use of representation form and all.

I am about to submit her application online and on the last page it asks me to sign and asks a security question before the application submission.

Do I sign my name and answer her security question that I created? Or I have to make an account on GCKey for me and submit her application?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
