about the immigration photos

Guys, we live near Seattle, and I can't figure out where can we do our photos? I asked at Costco, Bartell Drugs, etc., they only do American passport photos, which are totally different from what the VO asks; anyone who lives around Seattle, can give us a clue?

There's a list of studios provided by the Seattle consulate at http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/seattle/consul/photography_studios-studios_de_photographie.aspx - have you checked them out?
