About the dealy in admitting into the college for sep2018 intake

Dear Sir/mam,
Ive applied in Centinnial College for September 2018 intake on 22 January 2018.It had been more than 3 month. Still there is no response from the college.Consultancy say all the applications are in hold due to high volume of applications.since we've got less time to apply for loan and do other preparatory works,I just want to know when they'll reply favourably,and want to know my chances of getting into the college.
Ive got 7 cgpa with 7 logs,and hd scored 7 band in IELTS.

You applied very early for fall admission so it isn't taking too long. Usually hear in April maybe May.
