Hello, I want to do a master's degree in Canada, which is beautiful with its nature and schools, I'm 23 years old, I'm a Turkish citizen and I'm married, but it's psychologically difficult for me to do this in a different country alone. What can I do to make my wife come with me, does she give a residence permit and work permit? And most importantly, what are the conditions for my wife, I want to know the conditions such as age limit, school, language knowledge, I would be very, very happy if you could help me, thank you.

Do you even have admission to a Masters program with your 4 year degree? If not focus on getting admission and meeting admission requirements (GPA, language, 4 year degree). Your spouse can apply for an open work permit if you do a Masters. You need to pay first year tuition and show around $27k in cash. You must justify costs of spending $80-100k with career advancement (higher pay) when you return. Assume you have been to Canada so are going to a school where you are close to nature.

How long have you been married and do you has you been dating (western-style) before that. Proof of in person relationship and that this is not a relatively new marriage is often a factor in SOWP approval because many have married to secure an SOWP and have committed immigration fraud. Would start by seeing if you can get admitted to a masters program. You can apply for a study permit and for an SOWP at the same time. If you get approved and your spouse does not you don’t have to study in Canada
