About PCC validity

I'm a bit confused about the validity of the PCC dates. I have one from India from when I applied for my study permit and I haven't gone back home since then. It was obviously issued before i left India. Is that still valid?

ideally, your Indian PCC should cover all dates. Hence, get it from the Indian embassy at your current country of residence.

Please see the PCC valid only for 6 months ....Plan accordingly to submit the documents for ITA docs... re-apply if necessary the PCC

uh-huh, that's only valid for current country of residence. For any other country, it has to be after you left the country so that all dates of stay are covered.
