Hi,

I am working as Software Engineer for 4 years and recently I've given IELTS and my CRS points are 406.

I want to know whether I would get Citizenship on that score or I need more CRS points?
And I also wants to know the approximate duration of whole process.

You don't qualify for citizenship. You would be applying for PR.

Yes - with 406 points you qualify to be selected by Ontario. However not everyone with 400 or more points is selected. So it's impossible to say if you will be selected or not.

You should try to increase your score if at all possible.
