First of all I would like to thank for all the postings here. There are really useful and helpful.

I am preparing my application right now and confused on the T4 slip, Notice of assessment, and pay stub. Any input from you will be really appreciated.

1. Should I submit the original Notice of assessment, or a photocopy of it?

2. is it correct that only the most recent T4 slip and Notice of assessment (i.e. for the tax year 2010) are required?

3. why do so many people submit their pay stubs? I don't think the document checklist mention it...... is it required to submit?

Thanks so much again!!

hi, a photocopy is good. it is better if you submit all your T4 and NOA. no need for pay stub. i submitted all my T4 and NOA i have in my file.

Photocopy of recent two year NOA are good.

Some people sumbit Pay Stub, becoz, in their company reference letter, they will write as "Ful Time" and in Pay Stub, number of hrs is mentioned, so just to show a base for 37.5 hrs per week, they will submit.
