So, yesterday morning, hoping the agent to tell me to let me know that my security has been started,
I gave them a call.
Here was the question and answers
Q: Did my Security check has started, as in terms of Criminality Eligibility and Security in background check?
A: It is showing me as a not started. But since you have all other parts validated, as in Medical, Eligibility and Criminality, the security check in fact is in progress.
Q: Are you saying, that my application is not waiting for a visa officer to pick up, to continue my processing?
A: Yes. you are correct.
Q: Also, I have heard that CEC Inland applicants will receive an email for an interview rather than a request to submit passports. is it true?
A: Yes. For the Inland applicants there is no need the visa to be stamped. It is actually not quite an interview but few questions.
(I didnt notice how she answered as 'inland applicants' when I asked 'CEC inland'. So I am not sure if FSW-Inland will get the email for interview or Passport request)
Me: Ok. Thank you very much. You answered all of my questions.
Her: Ok, it looks like you have validated all other parts, you shall be expecting an email to interview 'soon' but up to 3 months (of course she would not just say soon..) . Next time you will be contacted will not be about the security check completed, but for a decision made and interview.
Me: Thank you. Have a good day.
