Have u guys tried submitting your application less than the proccessing time?? I need help.. im planning to submit my application on the 3rd week of october. Why?? Bcoz thats the only time where i can get my IELTS results. My class starts on january 6, 2015. And if i submit my application on the 3rd week of october then that is less than the 13 weeks processing here in the philippines. Pleassseeee... any successful stories.. please share!!
