Hello, I aM currently learning to play music and thought about immigrating to Canada.
Is there any job there as a foringer musician? If yes how can I apply to thoes places?

With respect I think you would need to have years of experience and be extremely talented to get anywhere with emigrating to Canada as a musician. Even for 'normal' jobs almost impossible to secure a job from outside the country even less likely for a musician. There are always jobs around in any profession if anyone looks hard enough although Canada has unemployment same as any other country but first you need to determine if you could qualify for immigration http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp
