Per CIC instructions, number of hours you work per week.

what about below situation
if person have 40/hr week but he work most of not all 44 hr /week what hours have to write in reference letter?

samir3132, more than 30 hours is not relevant.
If you work less than 30 hours a week, CIC considers you employed part time, I believe. As a result, you need to work more than 52 weeks in order to achieve 52 weeks of full time work experience

what to write in reference letter 40 hr /week?

Mine had 37.5hr/week... 60 hours will not shrink 52 weeks into 26. So there will be no difference, unless there is some legal issues for company (which I am not aware of)

If your contract is for 40 hours per week , or "at least 40 hours per week," that's what you write.
