about GCMS questions, please help

Hi,
I am going to order my GCMS,

1. there is no space to fill something like "i want to order GCMS", how could officers know I want GCMS notes? how about if they give me CAIP or FOSS or copy of my application forms?

2. there is one option "this request is submitted by a Canadian Citizen, a PR or person present in Canada" I am in Canada with work permit.
So, my understanding is I am "person present in Canada", so i can order GCMS for myself.

Is that true?

(1) They will give you the computer notes - you will only have notes in ONE computer system generally, so that's what they will send you.

(2) Yes, as long as you are IN CANADA the privacy act applies to you. You should be able to prove that (copy of your driver's licence, for example) although I've never had a problem with this.
