About Funds pls help tiger and all experts

Dear all my friends I am submitting my application soon

I am showing c$ 40000 student loan in my name
And c$ 15000 bank statement of mine account last four month

Pls note : my fees 13000 total one year course I paid already 6500

Question: after submit my application if I take some money out from account is it would be a problem or not

Pls pls help me with some advise
