I got accepted into the game design program of Vancouver Film School. It's a 12-months program with a fee of $49,250 CAD. We already paid around $10,000 CAD to the school and we have a payment plan for the rest. My question is what kind of a figure do I need for the funds available for my stay part on the application form. As far as I gathered from this forums it needs to be your tuition fee + your living expenses during your stay. So should I have a fund of at least $49,250 CAD + my living expenses for 12 months lets say $10,000 CAD for example. So should I write a minimum of $60,000 CAD to my funds available or since I already paid $10,000 CAD to the school $50,000 CAD is viable? I'm asking this because right now I can write around $50,000-52,000 max atm. Thank you for reading.

You need to show 1 year tuition fund and 1 year living cost

In your program since it is 1 year, you need to show all the tuition fee which is 49K and approx. 12K for cost of living

If you already paid 10K then pls have the receipt when you submit the form, it is considered as proof of funds also

So 49K-10K+12K = 51K you need to show as bank statements/money etc..

50K for 1 year and no PGWP damn!
You need tuition + 10K so in your case you can deduct the 10k you already paid so your 50K is enough, be sure to include all receipts of payment.
