I just have this question,​

Are international students allowed to sing in "JOB BANK Canada" (https://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home) to search for part time job during our study?

This is what written in their websites:​

To be eligible to access and use the Job Match service (through Job Bank for Job Seekers and/or Job Bank for Employers), users must be one of the following:

• a Canadian citizen;
• a permanent resident;
• a foreign national who is an authorized Express Entry candidate (Job Bank for Job Seekers only).

This site is for people intending to settle in Canada permanently, not for international students. Depending on what kind of job you want you will most likely get it by looking at staff required signs, sites like Indeed or referrals from friends or colleagues.
