Hello, I am asking for help here.
My fist job is in a private education company ,but its trade name is ***college. The job tile is Educational counsellor and i was mainly resposible to help high school students in course choosing and university application . and I put NOC 4033 ( Educational counsellor).
My fist job is in a small post-seconday instituion , and the job tile is Educational consultant.( 4166), and my mainly duties are mainly providing sutdents and parents advice on course and universtiy.
And I put them in my EE Profile.
I got ITA now, and I found it looks like education counsellor is supposed to be employed by school boards and post-secondary educational institutions. But I worked in a private education company .
can I change my job tile to Education consultan (4166)? because eudcation consultant can work in private company, "be employed by government departments, school boards, research institutes, professional associations and educational and other organizations throughout the public and private sectors, or they may be self-employed. "
I am worried if I will be rejected because of the job tile. if I don't change the job title when i apply PR, i am worred CIC think i am not eligile because i don't work in the school board or a high school. if i change the job tile to 4166, is it fine in Post ITA??
