About Education papers

I’m a Cuban mechanical engineer and I have Journeyman Certification as a Millwright (Red Seal) from Alberta Government. If I need to proof my education level under the Skilled Worker program or Temporary work permit application, with the Trade Certification is enough or I still need papers from the University??

If you are basing your points on your trade certification only, your trade papers should be enough.

If you have other educational qualifications, you will get additional marks. so do mention if you have qulifications from a university.
