Hello guys,

I have two questions, the first is about CRS score after I get my ITA. I read somewhere that my CRS score should be acceptable before and after the ITA have been issued.
For example, if my score was 469 and I got an invitation, but later I lost 5 points because my birthday had come. So at that time the lowest score they invited was 467. That means I'm not eligible any more. Is that correct? or did I not understand it correctly?

My second question is, I am from Syria, but I fled the country because of mandatory military service. By doing that they will not accept to give me a police certificate there. On the other hand, Turkey, where I am right now, gave me one easily. It's not that I have a criminal record or anything, it's just that I did not want to participate in the war and kill my own people. Will there be a possibility to ignore this requirement from me giving that it's impossible to get one from my home country? or should I just give up?

Thank you very much for your kind help.

points decrease because of birthday after ITA will not lead to rejection.
pcc is required, you should check if there is any special exceptions to syrians in the CIC website under pcc requirements.

Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately there is no exceptions. I don't know what to do.
Anyways, thanks again.
