About college and course transfers!

Hello

I got admission in humber college for the business accounting program which is a 2 year diploma in toronto. Is it possible that after reaching to toronto i can get a transfer to any college in manitoba winnipeg if so then please kindly suggest me the ways and procedure for the whole process is it possible that i get the admission in the first semester itself? And please suggest me any colleges in manitoba winnipeg. ( i am coming to toronto in may 2014 intake)

yes it is possible to change the college.
But its better if you change your college from your home country itself and then travel directly to manitoba.You can apply to Red river college but chances are very rare because its a good college.
For changing the college you need to have a new LOA from the college,which you will show to the previous college and request them to trasnfer you fee.
As you may not get the full refund if you change your college in may or after that.
