about CLEPIP test centre in Bangladesh

Hello. I live in dhaka. is there any centre for CLEPIP in bangladesh?
or will my IELTS score work for Skilled worker program?
I seated for IELTS in 2012. score is 6.5. If IELTS counts then do I have to seat for it again?

1. No CELPIP in Bangladesh
2. If your IELTS is dated more than 2 years from the date you intend to submit your application, then you need another one.
